What We Do
Our Parent Teacher Association is comprised of dedicated volunteers here to support the needs of our Beech Tree families, students, teachers, and staff. Our PTA parents, teachers, and administrators work together to provide resources and programs that serve our Beech Tree community. Volunteering with the PTA is the best way to get connected and know what’s happening at school. We offer many ways for each parent or caregiver to get involved and make a difference!

Support Our Students and Teachers
We work to enhance student learning and school community engagement through active participation and fundraising efforts. We raise money at events throughout the year to support things such as:

We organize more than 10 events annually to foster community spirit and support fundraising. These include:

Funds Raised
In the past year, we have raised over $20,000 to enhance school programs.
Resources
We provide a variety of resources to support the academic and social development of our students. For the 2025-2026 school year, we provided new equipment for recess activities including: soccer balls, footballs, basketballs, dodge balls, jump ropes, sidewalk chalk, bubbles, a cornhole game set, and Giant Outdoor Jenga, Connect Four, and Chess boards.
We awarded teacher mini-grants to faculty and staff for classroom supplies including a year-long book club, recorders (you're ears are welcome), field trip transportation, and more.
We were also successful in raising enough money over the course of the year to purchase a digital sign board for the front of the school building. More to come...
